1. Capacity is for the pair
Every Digga ramp rating is for two ramps used together, never one. A pair rated up to 3 t carries a machine up to 3 t. They're sold as a pair too, so the price is for both ramps.
2. Weigh your machine as you'll load it
Pick a pair rated above your machine's weight, and count the bucket or attachment if it stays on while you load. Each rating is also given at a wheelbase (1 m, 1.5 m or 2 m), and Digga lists checking your machine's wheelbase as the first step. Have it handy and we'll check it against the pair.
3. Match your tracks and width
LR Standard ramps suit rubber tyres and rubber tracks only. LRU Universal ramps also take steel tracks, so a steel-tracked machine needs an LRU pair. Then check your track or tyre width fits between the side rails: inside widths run from 255 mm to 500 mm.
| Pair | Up to (per pair) | At wheelbase | Tracks | Inside width | Length | Max deck height |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| LR152530 | 1.5 t | 1 m | Rubber tyres and tracks | 255 mm | 2.5 m | 987 mm |
| LR233030 | 2.2 t | 1 m | Rubber tyres and tracks | 300 mm | 3 m | 1,076 mm |
| LR303030 | 3 t | 1.5 m | Rubber tyres and tracks | 300 mm | 3 m | 1,076 mm |
| LR303535 | 3 t | 1.5 m | Rubber tyres and tracks | 350 mm | 3.5 m | 1,258 mm |

| LRU663550 | 7 t | 2 m | Steel or rubber | 500 mm | 3.5 m | 1,258 mm |
| LRU823550 | 9 t | 2 m | Steel or rubber | 500 mm | 3.5 m | 1,258 mm |
4. Check your deck height
Your truck or trailer deck can't be higher than the ramp's maximum deck height: 987 mm for the 2.5 m ramps, 1,076 mm for 3 m and 1,258 mm for 3.5 m. Digga recommends a loading angle no steeper than 21.8 degrees (40%).
5. Fix them to the deck
Each pair comes with 2 pins and clips. The ramps lock to the deck with the pin, or with the tongue between the deck and tailgate. You can add a chain as a backup (not supplied), but never use the chain on its own. Tell us your machine's weight, wheelbase and track type, plus your deck height, and we'll help you pick the right pair.
