The Digga PD50 has the most torque in Digga's PD25 to PD50 range for 20 to 28 tonne excavators, up to 38,485 Nm @ 240 Bar, for large foundation and utility holes up to 1,800 mm across in earth and 1,500 mm in clay. It runs on 120 to 230 L/min.
